Plan Of Salvation
1. We must realize that every one of us has a problem. Our problem is that we are all sinners. There is a price for our sin, which is death.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” Romans 3:23
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23
2. The good news is that there is a solution for our problem. The solution is that Jesus Christ paid the price for our sins.
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
“For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
3. Once we understand our problem, and the solution to that problem, we have a responsibility. Our responsibility is as easy as A B C:
A: Admit that we are sinners
B: Believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God, who died on Calvary, shed His blood for our sins, and rose from the dead on the third day.
C: Confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior by inviting Him into your Life
If you wish to receive your salvation by accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, please pray this prayer in sincerity;
Heavenly Father, I confess that I am a sinner and that I have lived contrary to your plan for my life.
I also confess that the only way I can be reconciled back to you is through your son, Jesus Christ.
I believe and accept that Christ’s blood which was shed on the cross is full payment for my sin and He arose on the third day.
I confess you as my Lord and Savior. I now commit myself to turn away from my sins.
Help me to live a new life of love and obedience to you. This I pray in the name of my Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved” Romans 10: 9
Be Assured of Your Salvation!
Now that you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, Satan may try to place some doubt in your mind. When doubt arises, meditate on these scriptures.
1 John 5:11 “And the witness is this, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.”
Acts 10:43 “Of Him all the prophets bear witness that through His name everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins.”
Romans 8:1 “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”!
John 6:47 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that believeth on me have everlasting life.”
Romans 10: 13 “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
